The staff were excellent and amicable all the time.

Everything seemed good, very friendly staff, well-maintained rooms. The hotel was in an exceptionally nice location close enough to tourist activities, the concert venue, and Hollywood, Santa Monica. Downtown LA district was worth staying in.  

I had a spotlessly clean room with central heating, multi-channel television, and a fridge. The hotel was in a favourable location, in common area.

The property was clean with very friendly staff. The location was quiet, very close to the concert venue, two historic parks, and tourist activities. We stayed for 4 nights here, loved Downtown Los Angeles district... 

I appreciated the place, it was clean & the staff were especially helpful.

The location is WONDERFUL, in a quiet neighborhood.

The setting is wonderful and marvellous, just next door to the nearest Starbucks, tourist attractions, and Dodger stadium.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not always friendly.

Had a fine stay here. There were an electronic key card, multi-channel television and a writing table in my queen room. The hotel employees were really helpful. The location was comfortable and exceptionally nice, not too far

Fairly clean property, nice and supper friendly staff. Well-maintained and tidy rooms with 3 queen size bed, shower plus bathtub. Marvellous and comfy location for visiting a stadium and restaurants.

Beds were rock hard.

All the staff were AMICABLE, superfriendly.

Convenient location, spacious room, mini fridge in the room, onsite laundry, close to transit.

Welcoming and polite stuff who where always there to help.
